Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please notify us 48 hours in advance. For rebookings, please notify us 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation or rebooking deadline cannot be met, we regret that we must charge 50% of the agreed price. For rebookings made with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation must be made and a new date arranged.
