I live in Cologne, am married, have two grown children and a Golden Retriever.
I love nature, music, and movement.

My path
After 30 years in IT and management, I know: Projects rarely fail because of technology. They fail because of people, leadership, and culture.
I have accompanied IT transformations, led teams through change processes, built process landscapes – and experienced where the problems lie: when people are not included.
In 2024, I completed my coaching training (systemic + agile, INeKO Cologne) and have been working independently ever since. My focus: Professional questions are usually also personal life questions.
