I am Ralph Schönleber, living in Cologne - with heart, mind and golden retriever.
I am a systemic coach and leadership expert.
I support managers and teams in change situations - be it through new roles, cultural change or reorganization.
It's not about tools or techniques, but about clarity, attitude and responsibility.
My formats range from individual coaching and mentoring to team processes and training.
I work clearly, empathetically and practically - with the aim of effectively supporting development.
I create spaces in which trust grows and real development becomes possible - whether at work or on a personal level.
My Story
After studying business informatics, I started out as a software devloper, trainer and coach for software engineering and business modeling. I then worked for many years as a project manager and executive in the automotive and metal industry. There I learned how crucial good relationships between people, technologies and processes are - and how much becomes possible in teams when leadership takes place at eye level.
I completed my coaching training in 2024 and have been working as an independent systemic coach ever since. I support people in overcoming challenges, realigning themselves and actively shaping change.
In my private life, I love nature, music and exercise with my family.
And I know from my own experience how powerful it is to follow your own path.
